Crock Pot Meatloaf

Ok, I hate making meatloaf. For one, as a vegetarian, raw hamburger in general gives me the chills. Then having to mix the hamburger and touching it... well eww. But, my husband loves meatloaf and I thought I would give it a try in a crock pot! So here are the details.

Ingrediants

- 1lb of hamburger
- 2 slices of wheat bread (any bread will do)
- 2 large carrots
- 1 small onion
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons of wochishire sauce
- 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
- 1 packet of gravy (or cream of mushroom soup would do too)
- 1 cup of water

*you can essentially mix up anything you want as far as the vegetables are concerned. I just chopped them up super fine in out magic bullet blender.

Drections

Chop up carrots and onion in blender so they are super fine. Also put the bread in the blender and mike fine bread crumbs. Put everything EXCEPT gravy mix (or cream of mushroom soup) and water in bowl. Mix it all together and form it in the shape of a loaf. Put it in the crock pot. Then mix together 1 cup of water and gravy mix (or soup) and pour over loaf. Cook on low for 5-6 hours. If gravy looks to be too thick add more water.
